Club Directors
KEVIN FLYNN - Coach Kevin has been active as a coach and club director in the Pacific Northwest for the last 20 years. He was the 2005 PNCLL Coach of the Year and led the University of Montana Grizzlies to three consecutive PNCLL Championships (‘05-’07) and the 2007 MCLA-2 National Championship. In 2008 he co-founded the first youth program in Montana, and went on to co-found the Montana Lacrosse Association and served as league President for several years. He was awarded the 2011 Lacrosse All-Stars “Grow The Game Award” for his contributions to the sport. Coach Flynn won five consecutive High School State Championships (‘12-’16) while coaching at Hellgate, and has been coaching Club exclusively since then. He’s directed over 150 camps across the country, is an experienced Tournament Director, and is currently an Owner and Director at Treasure State Lacrosse.
HAILEY BLACHLY - Coach Hailey is a team Captain and standout defender at Jacksonville University, where she was recently named a 2023 Pre-Season All-America selection. Prior to college, she was a team Captain for Severna Park HS in Maryland and was recruited to college for lacrosse and field hockey. Hailey is an ASUN All-Academic Selection and Davis Business School Top 25 student. She is currently the Events Coordinator for Treasure State Lacrosse.

MADISON DOUCETTE - Coach Madison was a highly recognized lacrosse and ice hockey player at Unionville High School in Pennsylvania; where she was named a 3X PA High School Hockey Player of the Year, 2X US Lacrosse All-America, and 2X Academic All-America selection. She won a Gold Medal with the US U19 National Team and went on to a stellar career at Northwestern, where she graduated in 2022. Madison was the starting goaltender for Team USA at the 2022 World Games and is an active and influential leader in our sport.
CHRIS KELLEY - Coach Chris grew up in Colorado and played lacrosse at Regis Jesuit High School. He played collegiately for Montana State University and was an All-America selection. Chris co-founded the Gallatin Valley’s first lacrosse program before spending several years on the west coast coaching and working for MLL and NLL franchises. He returned to Montana, where he now serves as Head Coach of the Montana State University Bobcats and is an Owner and Director of Treasure State Lacrosse.
