Club Directors

KEVIN FLYNN - Coach Kevin has been active as a coach and club director in the Pacific Northwest for the last 20 years. He was the 2005 PNCLL Coach of the Year and led the University of Montana Grizzlies to three consecutive PNCLL Championships (‘05-’07) and the 2007 MCLA-2 National Championship. In 2008 he co-founded the first youth program in Montana, and went on to co-found the Montana Lacrosse Association and served as league President for several years. He was awarded the 2011 Lacrosse All-Stars “Grow The Game Award” for his contributions to the sport. Coach Flynn won five consecutive High School State Championships (‘12-’16) while coaching at Hellgate, and has been coaching Club exclusively since then. He’s directed over 150 camps across the country, is an experienced Tournament Director, and is currently an Owner and Director at Treasure State Lacrosse. 

HAILEY BLACHLY - Coach Hailey is a team Captain and standout defender at Jacksonville University, where she was recently named a 2023 Pre-Season All-America selection. Prior to college, she was a team Captain for Severna Park HS in Maryland and was recruited to college for lacrosse and field hockey. Hailey is an ASUN All-Academic Selection and Davis Business School Top 25 student. She is currently the Events Coordinator for Treasure State Lacrosse.

Additional Coaches

BRENT ADAMS - Coach Brent is originally from Norwalk, Connecticut. He played collegiately at Fairfield University, where he was an All-America selection. Brent has played professional lacrosse for 11 years in the PLL, MLL and NLL, and is a 3x pro All-Star. In 2021 he traveled throughout the West in his van bringing high-level coaching to rural spots with CLNC Sports and his pup Zion. Coach Brent is currently an Owner and Director of Lacrosse for Thump Lacrosse, and he is also a co-founder of SecondSlide.

MADISON DOUCETTE - Coach Madison was a highly recognized lacrosse and ice hockey player at Unionville High School in Pennsylvania; where she was named a 3X PA High School Hockey Player of the Year, 2X US Lacrosse All-America, and 2X Academic All-America selection. She won a Gold Medal with the US U19 National Team and went on to a stellar career at Northwestern, where she graduated in 2022. Madison was the starting goaltender for Team USA at the 2022 World Games and is an active and influential leader in our sport.

NICK OSSELLO - Coach Nick grew up in Colorado and was a standout athlete at Wheat Ridge High School. He went on to play football and lacrosse at Notre Dame. Nick played professional lacrosse for the Denver Outlaws (MLL), San Diego Seals (NLL), and Redwoods LC (PLL). He is a co-founder of SecondSlide and active in many rolls throughout the lacrosse community.
